- Keep up to date with current promotions and Medical Tour Packages & Pricing, to provide information to customer, on request, while maximizing Medical Tourism opportunities.
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
- Report any maintenance issues immediately to manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment.
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and workbooks.
